She said the hail was close to pea-sized. When Denver could finally start to dry out from the rain Fromm also got video of a flooded roadway near a park. At least one car got stuck when it attempted to cross the floodwaters. DENVER (KDVR) — Denver's weather will be wet on Tuesday with scattered rain showers expected through the morning and midday hours. Denver has had over 2 inches of rain so far this month with more on the way. Weather tonight: Rain shifts eastThe storm activity that the Front Range saw midday Monday will continue to shift east through the afternoon and evening. The main risk with showers and storms Monday night will be heavy rain and flash flooding. Most of the Front Range will dry out after 6 p.m. with overnight temperatures falling into the low 50s. When Denver could finally start to dry out from the rain Weather tomorrow: Scattered showers Temperatures will hit the mid-60s on Tuesday with scattered rain showers through the morning and into midday. Drier weather will push into afternoon and evening. Some areas could see up to an additional half an inch of rain on Tuesday. DENVER (KDVR) -- Housing and food prices haven't eased up, but at least summer road trips will be cheaper for Coloradans. The U.S. Energy Information Administration tracks weekly gas prices by state and metro area. The most recent update shows the Centennial State in a much-needed break from gas prices skyrocketing since the beginning of the global COVID pandemic. Inflation cutting into Coloradans’ vacation plans Colorado and the Denver metro area saw the most expensive gasoline prices in history last June. For all grades of gasoline, the average price per gallon in June 2022 was $4.927 - nearly 150% higher than the previous June and nearly a dollar higher than the next-highest record in the summer of 2008. As of the week ending June 5, Denver's average price per gallon of gas was $3.523, down $1.22 per gallon from the same week last year. Denver's price per gallon is slightly higher than the Colorado average price, which was $3.38 in the same week. Oakland Park Fire Rescue responded to a fire that broke out at the Oakland Park Flea Market. The blaze ignited on the south side of the structure while the business was open for business, prompting the immediate evacuation of employees and customers. Crews were dispatched to the scene of the fire, located at 3161 W Oakland Park Blvd in Oakland Park, just after 5 p.m., Monday. No injuries have been reported. COLORADO (WSVN)- A Colorado woman gets a rabid surprise in the middle of the night.Her dog started barking, so she went to check it out and spotted a raccoon chowing down on some spaghetti noodles in a kitchen cabinet.She called the police to get the animal out of there.They tried to lasso it, but it jumped and took off and hopefully out the open front door.Hopefully, we don’t see any activity in that kitchen.Police seek public’s help IDing suspicious driver in Bourne

An investigation continued Monday after officials in Bourne said a driver approached a student at a school bus stop and offered the student a ride last week. The incident happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Friday near the intersection of Brady Road and Clapp Lane, according to a joint statement from the Bourne Public Schools and the Bourne Police Department.Officials said the student did not get into the vehicle when asked. Authorities on Monday released a photo of the car that they said was driven by an “older white male with gray hair and a plaid shirt” involved in the incident.
